I genuinely hold the belief that yoga represents a way of life, and I take immense pleasure in sharing this message with others. My teaching background encompasses students across all proficiency levels. Within my classes, I integrate meditation, breathing techniques, yoga philosophy, and mantras. I have undergone training under the guidance of expert and traditional yogis in Gorkha, India, known as the global hub for yoga. My fluency extends to languages such as Nepali, Hindi, and English. I have expertise in teaching various disciplines, including Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Meditation, Pranayama, Mantra, and Yoga Nidra.
I hold the title of Winner in the 2018 Delhi State Yoga Championship. For reference, you can contact Sandi Matthews, RYT-200, via WhatsApp at +977-9851134323 or email at
